Nicole Proch

As a licensed Realtor approaching her 2nd anniversary as an agent, Nicole has experience working with clients to help them buy or sell their home in Oceanside and all across the central island area. She has lived in Parksville for over 30 years, and with a husband in construction, she is familiar with new builds and all aspects of the building and renovating process. They have raised their 2 children here and Nicole loves to run, hike the local trails, and travel to watch her son play baseball and her daughter swim. Nicole goes above and beyond for all her clients, and she is excited to be part of the GEM Real Estate Group team.
